Resource Center
Overview
The resource center is a knowledge back for users to find self-service support content. Portal owners can share blogs, tutorials, upcoming industry events, and most importantly, release notes for significant API Product updates. By posting resources, it establishes a line of communication between admins and users, and a method of keeping users informed, proving them a better portal experience and not relying solely on contacting the admin team directly for support, which in volume can bottleneck quickly.
