The new support portal experience is live as of version 2.6

Brief Overview of the New Support Portal Experience

The original V2 portal was extremely limited, but needed improvement:

  • The “portal by default” aspect wasn’t very flexible and

  • Each landing page felt too hard wired to go in and build your own

The philosophy behind the new support portal is it allows users to create the experiences to their own vision. One organization may need a landing page with dozens of FAQs and other materials, another may just want a contact page that lets users know how to get assistance when they need it.
